Bank accounts should be set up to mimic actual real bank accounts used by the property manager or landlord. You can set up as many bank accounts as you wish.
The opening bank account balance and date is optional. If these values are set, RentHQ will maintain a running total balance on the cashbook screen.
The option to close the account will simply hide the account from the cashbook screen, without deleting any transactions.
